My Hoe-down dress arrived!

I know this isnt super country, but it IS square dance! I found it on craigslist. It was handmade and it fits me like a GLOVE! I have never worn anything like this in my life. There is another one in yellow if anyone is interested? Let me know and I'll bring it up! The boys have hats and bandanas...so hopefully I wont be the only square dancey one there!Send me your hoe-down outfit photos and I'll post them!

Heidi Hoe-Down

Heidi Hoe-Down is what we are calling the SURPRISE 50th Birthday party for Heidi Arnold. It is being given by the women in her life...her mother Jane, her mother-in-law Joanne, her daugher-in-law Amanda (me), her daughter-in-law Erin, and by womb default, her granddaughter Baby Girl Arnold. Our first order on the agenda was deciding how to spell Hoe-Down.

A:how the heck do you spell howdown? hodown? hoedown? whatever.

Jane: By the way. . .if I was going to guess how to spell. . . . I would guess hoedown. My logic says put your HOE (as in garden) down and let's party

Joanne: :~) Well they spell 'wh***' like 'ho', don't they?????

Okay, so we got a little side-tracked, but Hoe-Down is what we settled on--I think....
